I greatly enjoyed this property - nice little hotel.
Rooms were extremely spacious, everything was great. Stunning and lovely location, it was just off good pubs as well as fields and Apple orchards. Moreover, it was 2 km from All Saints Church. I came here for 3 nights and had a very relaxing stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the delicious breakfasts served by the friendly staff. The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful area, surrounded by orchards and friendly horses, perfect for lovely walks and peaceful relaxation. The rooms themselves were the cleanest and most comfortable we have ever stayed in, with a large corner sofa, dining table, and even a log burner for cozy evenings. It felt like having a whole flat minus a kitchen. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with little treats to add an extra special touch. All in all, this hotel provided excellent value for money and went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. It was well worth the trip.
There was not a single thing that we didn't like about this hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to both Rye town and Camber Sands. the views from the rooms are beautiful, especially at night when you can see the stars due to the lack of light pollution in the area. Jo, the host, provides excellent service and serves a delicious, restaurant-quality breakfast. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with small touches like a sweetie jar and cookies that make you feel welcome.
The noise from outside can be disruptive for light sleepers.
